HT-100 is a high-temperature rheology stabilizer designed to maintain viscosity and fluid stability in extreme downhole conditions. It is formulated to prevent thinning of drilling fluids at elevated temperatures, ensuring consistent fluid performance.
As a rheology stabilizer, HT-100 enhances the suspension properties of drilling mud, preventing settling of solids and loss of viscosity under high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) conditions.
Additionally, HT-100 contributes to improving filtration control, reducing fluid loss to formations, and maintaining effective mud circulation at extreme depths.
pH: HT-100 is optimized for use in a pH range of 7.5 to 9.5, making it suitable for high-temperature, water-based and synthetic drilling fluids.
