SawDust/Absorbit is a natural fiber-based lost circulation material (LCM) used to reduce fluid loss, strengthen wellbores, and prevent differential sticking. It is particularly effective in fractured and highly permeable formations, where excessive mud loss can cause operational challenges.
As an organic bridging agent, SawDust/Absorbit fills gaps and micro-fractures in the formation, reducing fluid invasion while maintaining circulation. It is biodegradable and can be used in both water-based and oil-based drilling fluids.
